A guide to understanding all the required fields in Procore to get your Projects to sync across to 1Breadcrumb.
The 1Breadcrumb and Procore integration allows you to automatically sync your Projects from Procore into 1Breadcrumb as Sites. Sometimes, after the integration has been setup, a project won't sync from Procore into 1Breadcrumb automatically. This guide will help you understand the required fields in Procore to ensure that integration works correctly.
Requirements
Permissions: Admin Permissions in Procore required.
Settings: The Procore integration (automatic sync) should be setup. If after this guide, your projects still aren't syncing across, please contact your CSM.
Required Procore Fields
The following fields are required to ensure your project syncs across into 1Breadcrumb and can be found under the Project Tools > Admin in Procore:
- Project Number: This must be a unique Project Number/ID.
- Address: This must be a real address (Latitude/Longitude included).
- Completion Date: This must be set to a date in the future.
Once you have added these fields, you will have to wait until the integration syncs - this is not done instantly. If you need to urgently add the site to 1Breadcrumb, you can Manually Trigger the Procore Integration Sync.
