This is a guide for Administrators wanting to manage the settings around their sites Location Services (Geofence).
There are several ways to check in to a site through 1Breadcrumb (learn more here). Two of these ways involve the use of Location Services - also known as a Geofence. This article will explain how you can edit the settings of your Geofence.

Requirements 🔑
Permissions: Company/Site Host permissions with "Adjust Site Location" are required. If you do not have permissions, contact your Administrator.
Site Settings: Your Site must be set to "Public" as "Private" sites do not display on Location Service check-in modes.
Web Portal Instructions 💻
Step 1: Navigate to Project Settings and Edit Site Radius
- Open the 1Breadcrumb Web Portal and select Sites from the lefthand menu
- Search for the site you want to edit, and click on the Manage Site button
- From here, click on the Project Settings dropdown, from here you can edit:
- Is Public Site: If yes, then your site will allow check-ins via Location Services
- Site Radius: This is how wide the geofence around your site is
- We recommend no geofence be smaller than 50m or larger than 500m
- Address: The address where your geofence will be located
- To finalise your changes, click the green Submit Changes button.
