A guide to creating a Supplier in 1Breadcrumb first, that can be integrated with a Company in Procore later.
As a Procore user, a Company should always be created in Procore first, so that a Supplier can then be automatically created in 1Breadcrumb via the integration. On the rare occasion that you need to create a Supplier in 1Breadcrumb first, and sync it to Procore later, you can follow the below instructions.

Requirements 🔑
Permissions: Company Host or Site Host ("Manage Site") Permissions required. If you do not have access, please contact your 1Breadcrumb administrator.
Procore: To sync a Company with 1Breadcrumb, there are required fields in Procore. Click here to see what is required: Sync Subcontractors to 1Breadcrumb.
Web Portal Instructions 💻
Step 1: Create a New Supplier in 1Breadcrumb
- Click here for a guide: Create a New Supplier
Step 2: Give them an ABN or License Number in 1Breadcrumb
- Click on Suppliers from the left-hand toolbar to open the Supplier Directory
- From here, search for the Supplier you just created using the Search Bar
- Once found, click on the orange Edit icon from under the Business Info column
- Next, add a license number:
- Australian Companies: Use the ABN Lookup tool (Search and Add User Business)
- International Companies: Manually add in the License Number
- Once added, click on the green Add button to finalise your changes.
Step 3: Add the Company in Procore
- Click here for a guide: Add a Company to the Project Directory
- Once added, be sure to include:
- Australian Companies: An ABN number
- International Companies: A License Number
- Once added, the next time the integration syncs, the companies won't duplicate
