A guide to understanding all the required fields in Procore to get your Subcontractors to sync across to 1Breadcrumb.
The 1Breadcrumb and Procore integration allows you to automatically sync your Projects from Procore into 1Breadcrumb as Sites. Sometimes, after the integration has been set up, a project won't sync from Procore into 1Breadcrumb automatically. This guide will help you understand the required fields in Procore to ensure that integration works correctly.
Requirements
Permissions: Admin Permissions in Procore required.
Settings: The Procore integration (automatic sync) should be set up. If after this guide, your subcontractors still aren't syncing across, please contact your CSM.
Required Procore Fields
Company Directory (Supplier Directory)
The following fields are required to ensure your Subcontractors sync across into the 1Breadcrumb Supplier Directory, these fields can be found under the Company Tools > Admin > Company Information in Procore:
- Australian Business License Number (ABN): Required for all Australian customers.
- License Number: Required for all non-Australian customers (must be unique).
Project Directory (Site Suppliers)
Once you have added the above fields, the Subcontractor will populate in the Suppliers Directory in 1Breadcrumb. This will not automatically add them to your Sites in 1Breadcrumb. To do so, you will need to:
- Project Directory: Add them to the Project Directory in Procore

Recommended Procore Fields
The first time a Subcontractor is pulled from Procore into 1Breadcrumb via the integration, the following fields will populate with it:
- Email Address: Recommended for all Subcontractors using Quick Onboarding.
- Primary Contact: Recommended for all Subcontractors using Quick Onboarding.
- Business Phone: Recommended for all Subcontractors using Full Onboarding.
These fields can also be edited in 1Breadcrumb's Supplier Directory.
