      Why Can't I See an Entity Type Field in Procore?

      This is a guide for Administrators who can't find the Entity Type field in Procore to add their ABN.

      The Entity Type field in Procore allows you to add the ABN number for a specific company (a requirement for companies to sync across from Procore to 1Breadcrumb). If you can't see the Entity Type field, this guide will show you how.

      Requirements

      Permissions: Admin Permissions on Procore are required. If you do not have these permissions, please contact your Procore Administrator.

      Step 1: Navigate to the Procore Admin Tool

      • Under 'Company Tools' select 'Admin'.
      • On the right hand side of the page under 'Tool Settings' select 'Directory'.

      Step 2: Edit the Company Directory Field Settings

      • Under 'Directory' look for the 'Company' settings and select 'Edit'.
      • Find the 'Entity Type' field and toggle it until it is on (highlighted blue).
      • Click on 'Save' and then 'Confirm' your changes.

      The Entity Type field will now display on all Company Settings in the Directory.
