A guide to viewing the Live Attendance tool to see which workers have successfully checked in on your site.
The Live Attendance tool is great for Site Managers on site to view who has checked into the site using the 1Breadcrumb app, who has pending documentation that needs approval, and being able to view a worker's information from the one screen. This guide will show you how to access Live Attendance and the features available to you.
💡 This feature is best accessed through the mobile app when on-site!

Requirements 🔑
Permissions: Company or Site Host Permissions required. If you do not have access, please contact your 1Breadcrumb administrator.
Web Portal Instructions 💻
Step 1: Find the Live Attendance Report
- Start by clicking on Reports from the left-hand menu
- From the dropdown, select Live Attendance
- Next, use the Site filter to filter for your site only
Step 2: See Workers, View Documentation
- Click on a worker to view their check-in information, including:
- Basic Information: Name, Mobile Number, Visitor Type, Supplier
- Check-In Answers: Answers to all mandatory check-in questions.
- Emergency Contact: Name, Relationship, Contact Details
- Supplier Documents: SWMS, RAMS, SSSPs
- Announcements: Announcements signed during this check-in
- Site Briefings: Site Briefings signed during this check-in
Mobile App Instructions 📱
Step 1: Find the Live Attendance Tool
- Start by clicking on the Host panel on the bottom right of the screen
- Select Change Site to make sure you are on the correct Site
- Click on the Live Attendance tile to view a list of all workers currently checked in
Step 2: See Workers, View Documentation, Manage Attendance
- Click on a worker to view their check-in information, including:
- Basic Information: Name, Mobile Number, Visitor Type, Supplier
- Emergency Contact: Name, Relationship, Contact Details
- Supplier Documents: SWMS, RAMS, SSSPs
- Announcements: Announcements signed during this check-in
- Site Briefings: Site Briefings signed during this check-in
- Click on a mobile number to call the worker directly through the app.
- Swipe left on a worker to manually check them out from your site.
- If a worker has a Red Bar next to their name, they have safety documentation pending approval (Inductions, Site Briefings, Announcements).
- If a worker has a Grey Bar next to their name, they have no outstanding safety documentation pending approval.
