View/Download Completed Inductions & Training Records

In 1Breadcrumb, you can effortlessly find and download PDFs containing the details of each individual who has completed inductions across your site/s!

No matter the status of these completed inductions, be it approved, auto-approved, pending, or even rejected, every induction ever completed is available in 1Breadcrumb for your reference.

Web Portal Steps 💻

1. Navigate to the 'Reports' tool located on the left-hand toolbar of your 1Breadcrumb portal, then select ‘Induction Reports’ from the dropdown menu.
   
   
   
   
2. In the new window that appears, you'll find an up to date list of everyone who has completed an induction on your site/s. This list will include the following details: 
   • • Induction Title: This is the name of the specific induction that was completed.
     • Induction Number: An automatically generated unique identification number for each completed induction.
     • Full Names: The names of the individuals who completed the induction.
     • Date: The date on which the induction was completed.
     • Status: Indicates the status of the induction, which can be Approved, Auto-Approved, Pending, or Rejected.
     • Site: Specifies the site this induction was completed for.
     • Details: In the "Details" column, you'll find two buttons: 'PDF' and 'View Induction' Clicking either of these buttons will grant you access to all the information about the inductees, including their responses to prompts and any attached supporting documents, such as competency cards, related to the completed induction. In the new window that appears, you'll find an up to date list of everyone who has completed an induction on your site/s.
3. Scroll through the list to find the persons induction record you want to view or use the search bar and/or filters at the top of the list to refine your search. 
   
   
   
   
4. Within the "Details" column, you'll come across two buttons: 'PDF' and 'View Induction.' Simply click on either of these buttons to access comprehensive information about the inductees, including their responses to prompts and any accompanying documents, like competency cards, associated with the completed induction.

1. 1. To download a specific individual's induction, click 'PDF.'
   2. To view an individual's induction without downloading it, click 'View Induction.'

Mobile App Steps 📱

Downloading Inductions & Training Records cannot be supported via the Mobile App. To download someone's induction records, please log in to 1Breadcrumb through the Web Portal.

1. Open the 1Breadcrumb app on your device.
   
2. Tap on ‘Host’ in the Profile/Host panel located on the bottom of the screen.
   
3. Ensure that you are in the correct site by checking the panel at the top of your screen or switch between sites by tapping "Change Site" then use the dropdown box in the pop-up window to locate and select your site.
   
4. Once you’re in your site, tap on the “Approvals” tile.
   
5. Using the document type dropdown list select “Inductions”.
   
6. Using the waffle filter, further refine your search by selecting "All" from the dropdown list, then in the "Filter by Name or Mobile" field enter the persons name or mobile number, then tap “Search”. A list of all the inductions this person has completed on this site will now appear. 
   
7. Once the desired record has been located, tap "View".

   🎉 Congratulations! You have now obtained the induction record 🎉
