      View Acknowledged Announcement Records

      Curious about who's checked out the Announcements you shared on your sites?

      Company and Site Hosts, will be able to monitor the recipients of the Announcements which have been shared across their sites. This guidance will take you through the steps to find out who has engaged with the Announcements you've dispatched.

      Part 1: Navigate to the Activity Report

      1. Navigate to the 'Reports' tool located on the left-hand toolbar of your 1Breadcrumb portal.
      2. Select ‘Activity Report’ from the dropdown menu.

      3. In the new window that appears, you'll find an up to date list of everyone who has checked into your sites for tracking and recordkeeping purposes. This list will include the Announcements they have acknowledged when checked into the site.

      Part 2a: View if an individual has acknowledged an Announcement 

      1. Use the search bar situated beneath the Activity Report column headers to input names. After typing the desired search criteria, press the "Enter" key on your keyboard to retrieve the data.

      2. Navigate to the "Details" column in the updated Activity Report list and select the blue "View Details" button. Ensure that you click on the "View Details" button corresponding to the specific individual you are looking for.

      3. In the new pop-up window, navigate to the "Visited Announcements" tab. Here, you can access a copy of the Announcement that this individual acknowledged during this specific check-in.

      🎉 Congratulations! You have navigated to the Announcements acknowledged by an individual 🎉

      Part 2b: View a list of all individuals who have acknowledged a specific Announcement

      1. Click the black "Announcement Filters" button.

      2. In the dropdown list of the pop-up window, select all the Announcements to include in your Activity Report by clicking the "+" button next to each Announcement in the dropdown list.

      3. Once you've selected all the Announcements, click the red "Update" button in the bottom right corner of the pop-up window.

      🎉 Congratulations! Your Activity Report will now display an updated list of all the individuals who have acknowledged the Announcements you have selected 🎉

      Requirements ❗

      • Only Company Hosts and Site Hosts with Report permissions access the list of Acknowledged Announcements. If you do not have these permissions, please reach out to your Company or Site Hosts.
      • This function cannot be performed via the Mobile App. Please log into 1Breadcrumb via your computer or laptop.
