The User Directory is a tool that allows you to view information of workers who have checked into one of your sites.

Requirements
Permissions: the View reports and User Directory and Edit User Directory permissions are required to view and edit information in User Directory
Web Portal Instructions 💻
Step 1: Navigate to User Directory
- On the left hand menu, click on User Directory.
- Find the user you'd like to view by scrolling, searching or using the filters in the heading bar.
- Click the blue View Details box on the right of the desired user
Step 2: View and Edit a Users Information
- This will take you to their profile where you can view and edit their Basic Information
- You can edit their:
- Supplier
- Visitor Type
- You can view their:
- Basic Information
- Check In History
- Inductions
- Supplier Document Signoff
- Site Briefing Signoff
- Cards
- History

Step 1: Navigate to User Directory
- Open the 1Breadcrumb app on your device, and tap on Host on the bottom right of the screen.
- Scroll down and click on the User Directory tile
- Find the user you'd like to view by scrolling, searching or using the filters in the heading bar.
Step 2: View a Users Information
- Click the desired user's name
- This will take you to their profile where you can view their Information:
- Basic Information
- Induction
- Cards
- Supplier Documents
- Site Briefings
- Checkin history
- View All Activity
