Resolved - Users not receiving SMS on 28 May 2024

Our SMS code provider had a partial outage which lead to some users to be unable to receive their verification code.

This affected several users between 6:55am to 8:08am AEST on 28 May 2024 who were unable to receive the one time verification code via SMS.
