Requirements

Permissions: the View reports and User Directory and Edit User Directory permissions are required to view and edit information in User Directory


Overview

What is the User Directory?

This feature allows you to do two things:

  1. View information of workers who have checked into one of your sites
  2. Edit Supplier and Visitor Type for these workers

Information that can be viewed in User Directory include:

  • A user’s basic information
  • Check In/Out History
  • Induction History
  • Supplier Documents
  • Site Briefings that have been viewed and signed
  • Cards/Licences that have been uploaded
  • User History

💡You will only see users who have checked in to sites you are a host of

 


Web Portal Instructions

Navigating to the User Directory

You can find User Directory on the left hand side menu. 

Once selected, you will be presented with all recorded users who have checked in to one of your sites.

You can narrow down your search by site, or adjust the filtering options. Select the Filter - Free icons icon on the columns that are filterable and enter information as needed.

Once the desired user has been found, select View Details to bring up their record.

The user's basic information and historical data will now be visible.

Editing User's Information

A user's Supplier and Visitor Type can be edited by selecting the Edit button. Once the changes have been made, select Save Changes.

The next time a user checks in on site, the changes will be confirmed and they will be registered with the new information.

💡The Changes you make can be overwritten by the user themselves via the app. If you notice any changed information, you can view who changed it and when in the history tab

User Data

Records of the following data will be visible via the User Directory:


Check In History

Displays Check In/Out times. Further information submitted during that check in can be viewed by selecting View Details.

Inductions

Submitted inductions and their current status.

You will also be able to approve, reject or request revision for any inductions listed here.


Supplier Document SignOff

Documents uploaded by the supplier and the date they have been signed off.

 

Site Briefing SignOff

A history of site briefings that the user has viewed and signed off on.

Cards

A history of all cards submitted and their current status.

History

Actions done by the user and on the user. Additionally, the Update User Profile activity type documents when their basic information has been changed. Changes will be detailed in the Activity Details by stating the Old Value and New Value.

 


Mobile App Instructions

User Directory can also be accessed in the Host Panel of the 1Breadcrumb app. 

💡The User Directory function in the Mobile App is View Only. You won't be able to edit information via the app. This is only available in the web portal.

 

In the Host Panel, navigate to User Directory 

Search and select for the desired user

As in the web portal instructions, all the same information will be available for you to view.
