      Update your Profile Information

      A guide to updating the personal and contact information that is stored in your profile and shared with Builders.

      This guide is for Site Teams who need to update their profile information, or add their contact information to start receiving things like email notifications.

      Requirements

      Permissions: You must have an active 1Breadcrumb account.

      Mobile App Instructions📱

      Step 1: Open your Profile Settings

      • Open the 1Breadcrumb App or login via web.1bc.app
      • Click on your profile picture in the top right of the screen
      • From here, you can edit the following details:
        • Name
        • Email
        • Birthday
        • Gender
        • Industry Type
        • Business
        • Frequent Accompaniers
        • Emergency Contact
      • Once complete, click Save to finalise your changes

      Web Portal Instructions 💻

        • Open the 1Breadcrumb Web Portal
        • Click on your name in the top right of the screen, then User Profile in the drop down
        • From here, you can edit the following details:
          • Name
          • Email
          • Birthday
          • Gender
          • Industry Type
          • Two Factor Verification Mode
          • Business
          • Emergency Contact
          • Once complete, click Save Changes to finalise your changes
