Reviewing Inductions via Mobile App (Site Managers View)

Site Managers can now view their workers' site inductions at any time and from anywhere. Our induction features are now more adaptable and accessible. The outcomes for compliance, risk, and safety will be greatly improved as a result of these advancements.

The steps that follow describe how to use a mobile app to Review Induction Forms when ON-SITE.


Open your Mobile App.

Find your Site to Sign-on or you may Sign-on via QR Code if you are on the Site.IMG_1077.png

 

Go to the Manager tab and Tap on Site Induction.IMG_1070.png

 

Choose the user you want to review the Induction Form. (the yellow exclamation sign shows when there is a pending induction to review)IMG_1071.png

 

Open any pending induction form for review.IMG_1072.png

 

You may choose to Reject or Approve the Induction Form.IMG_1073.png
