Offloading the App: iOS only

Offloading the app will free up storage space while still keeping its documents and data. If and when you reinstall the app, your data will be there.

Note:

  • Before you clear the cache on your iPhone, make sure you know your passwords, since deleting your cached data might log you out of some accounts.

  • Offloading differs from a deletion in that it leaves your stored data intact while erasing the app's data.

 

How to Offload Your App:

Open the Settings app, then select General.IMG_9466

 

Tap iPhone Storage.IMG_9467

 

Scroll and select the SignOnSite app.IMG_9468

 

Then tap Offload App.IMG_9469

 

Select Reinstall App; this will reinstall the app and place back all app data that are still present on the iPhone. In some cases, you may need to sign into the app again.IMG_9470
