Users can now submit incident reports concerning body part injuries and/or incidents

Here's the steps below:


Body part selections:

  • After a form is constructed and published, all users can access it through their web panel and mobile app.
  • Note: Form submissions can be completed via the mobile app (all users) and the web panel (for site managers only).
