September 2024 - Release Notes

Our September Release brings some major changes to the induction review and revision process, the introduction of the Autosave feature, and the ability to collect project-level Insurances from subcontractors.

🫴🏽 Request Revision
- There's now a new review screen in the Web Portal to review inductions and we're changing the way you can request updates to a worker's induction!
- We've introduced 'Request Revision' where you can ask workers to change anything that they need to update using the comment. This is an upgrade from the 'Reset to Pending'
- There will be a message that shows when using 'Reset to Pending' during the transition period.
📲 Autosave for forms via downloaded app
- This feature requires the latest version of the app
- If you exit your form / force close the app / lose connectivity / crash occurs you receive a pop-up that asks if you would like to load from previously saved data
- Where is data saved? Saved in the cache of the mobile device, so this feature is only available if the user has downloaded the app
  - Autosave occurs every approximately every 10 seconds
  - Currently Autosave only saves for 24 hours.
  - Video progress saved every 1 sec on native app. Restarts at last saved position.
Insurance Collection & Move Supplier Documents
- Insurance notifications/reports are more comprehensive
  - Ability to have a scheduled report of all expired and soon to expire to hosts with "Has All Permissions"
  - Individual notifications of when a document has expired
  - More Notification Settings for Supplier Document events
- Ability to move supplier document between workflows after upload

Signing into the Portal: Changes to the 'Remember Me' checkbox on the Portal page
- Wording change to 'Keep me signed in'
- To enable it as default when logging in
- Tooltip introduced that reads 'Choosing "Keep me signed in" checkbox to be enabled, reduces the amount of times you are asked to sign in on this device for up to a week'

Access Control
- Changes to the access control to ensure that users can't enter a turnstile until the mandatory site briefings or SWMS have been signed off

Kiosk Mode Host Check Out
- Changed wording from "You have been successfully checked-in" to "You have been successfully checked-out"

Supplier Document Approval and Rejection Email:
- If the supplier documented is approved or rejected with a comment, the comment will now be shown in the approval and rejection email
Changing Supplier Document Type
- There is now an ability to edit supplier document types for individual documents
Restricted upload of supplier documents to jpg, jpeg, png, PDF to ensure no display issues
- Supplier documents that weren't a jpg, jpeg, png, PDF file would cause issues in the report's final PDF produced, which would also be sent to Procore. Now only accepts the above to ensure no issues. (No word docs allowed)
Short Term Asset Registration
- If inducting plant/Asset on site where exact same name already exists there will be a warning message to inform them that there is an identically named plant, but it will still allow submission

Quick Onboarding: Deprecated a feature where users assigning operators using the anonymous link could autofill details
Company Suppliers: Fixed an issue where if a license number used a special character in Procore, it would duplicate the supplier in the 1Breadcrumb Company Suppliers
Check in error: Fixed an issue where users would receive an ‘Error in validating security code!' error message when logging in via the app

Mobile app Host panel site list dropdown: Fixed an issue where Hosts would not be able to view certain sites in the site dropdown unless they typed the name of the site in

Supplier Documents 'Inactivated' issue: Fixed an issue where hosts were unable to review supplier documents, these documents had 'Inactivated' tag

Global Asset questions will now show up in the question filter in Form Reports (does not apply to 'File' type questions due compatibility with PDFs).

Addressed an issue where uploading a license via camera for laptops using Kiosk Mode would not work
Fixed an issue where once you uploaded a file, the screen would auto-scroll to the last text field that was selected rather than stay where the upload option was

Notifications 'Mark All As Read': Now marks all notifications as 'read'
Fixed a bug where if you change the profile image and the user's last name in the same save, the user would receive an 'Operation Failed' error message
Introduction of a slider to the Site Briefing Report where users are now able to see inactive site briefings
In Permission Settings > Role Definition - Tags are shown to differentiate between manually created ones and those from Procore
