There can be times when an approved induction form requires a minor update that you can make on behalf of the worker. For example, they might have uploaded the correct license with the wrong expiry date. With the "Host Revision" tool, you can now edit a worker's induction, making it easier to keep accurate records and maintain compliance. This guide will show you how.

Permissions: Company Host or Site Host access required. If you do not have access, please contact your 1Breadcrumb Administrator.
Web Portal Instructions 💻
Step 1: View a Worker's Induction
- To start, head to Approvals if the induction is still pending review, or;
- Head to the User Directory, search for a worker and view their past Inductions records
- Next, click on Review (or View) to open the induction record
Step 2: Make a Host Revision
- From the induction record, click on the "View More" button on the top right of screen
- From the dropdown, select Host Revision
- A pop-up will then appear, where you can revise any information or update any cards
Step 3: Finalise your Changes
- Once complete, leave any comments for the future, and click Revise Induction
- You have now updated the workers induction record with your company

All inductions revised by a host user will automatically approve.

Yes, a history of all changes, and comments left by the reviser, will be stored in 1Breadcrumb and included on any PDF reports sent to Procore.
