A guide to review an induction that has been submitted to your site

Requirements
Permissions: Company/Site Hosts with "Announcement" permissions. If you do not have these permissions, please reach out to your 1Breadcrumb administrator.
Web Portal Steps 🖥️
Step 1:
- Click on the Approvals tile on the menu on the left
- Filter the Type by Inductions and ensure the Status of the induction is Pending
- Click the yellow View Details tile in the chosen induction
- Review the induction's contents, then click the Review button up the top left
- Choose to leave comments or not then, approve or reject
Mobile App Steps 📱
Step 1:
- Tap on Host in the Profile/Host panel located on the bottom of the screen.
- Ensure that you are in the correct site by checking the panel at the top of your screen or switch between sites by tapping Change Site then use the dropdown box in the to locate and select your site.
- Tap on the Approvals tile.
- Using the document type dropdown list select Inductions.
- Find the induction you want to review and tap Review.
- Read through the induction and leave comments, reject or approve
- If Approved: If satisfied with the information inputted by the inductee, tap ‘Approve’.
- If Rejected: If information is correct, missing, entered incorrectly, etc. the Host will have the option to leave a comment explaining the reason for rejecting the induction prior to tapping ‘Reject’. Confirm your decision by tapping "Yes" in the pop-up window. Note: upon rejecting an induction record, the inductee will receive a notification via their 1Breadcrumb app to view the comments detailing the reason for the rejection and start the induction process again.
