Reset an 'Approved' Induction to 'Pending'

A guide for resetting an Induction back to Pending so that workers can make amendments to their records without having to repeat the whole Induction.

If a mistake has been spotted in an already approved induction, or a worker has a new license they want to share with you, there is a way you can get workers to go in and edit a certain section of that completed induction without having to redo the whole thing. This guide will show you how to manage that process, but first, let's define a few things.

Induction Statuses:

  • Approved: The Builder is satisfied with the Worker's Induction.
  • Rejected: The Builder is not satisfied with the Induction and the Worker will need to redo the entire Induction by checking in again.
  • Reset to Pending: The Builder has Approved the Worker's Induction previously, but now needs to reopen the record so that amendments can be made.
