Register a Site Asset on Behalf of a Supplier

A guide for Site Teams who need to Induct Plant and Equipment on behalf of the Subcontractors on their Site.

This guide is for Site Teams who have a subcontractor bringing a piece of Plant or Equipment to their Site, and need some help getting it inducted correctly.

Step 1: Head to the Site Assets Menu

• Start by clicking on the Sites menu from the left-hand toolbar
• Next, search for your Site using the Search Bar
• Once found, click the Site Assets button to access the Site Assets menu
• From here, you can manage equipment on your site, and induct new equipment

Step 2: Register a New Asset on Behalf of a Supplier

• Click the blue Register New Asset button on the top right of the screen
• From the pop-up, click on Register on behalf of a Supplier
• Next, select the Supplier who owns the Asset from the dropdown
• Provide a Name for the Asset, upload a photo if required, and select Next
• Next, select the appropriate Asset Registration Form from the dropdown

Step 3: Complete the Form and Submit

• Complete all mandatory questions in the Form and click the Submit button
• Once submitted, this form will now show in the Approvals menu for you to review
  • Note: Depending on your settings, this form may be Auto Approved
• Once submitted, only users with Host Permissions will be able to edit this form

Mobile App Instructions 📱

This feature is not available on the Mobile App. You can only create a New Asset for your company, not register an Asset on behalf of a Supplier.
