      Procore Integration Version 2.2.0 Update (ANZ Customers)

      This guide explains the benefits and how to update your integration.

      What's being updated?

      We’re currently making improvements to our Procore integration that will speed up the sync time from Procore to 1Breadcrumb, making it more efficient! These improvements are expected to be complete by the end of January.

      Action Required

      The new integration version must be installed and in doing so, it will reset any project level permissions. Specifically the project permission template that is applied to the “1breadcrumb-dmsa-786bba23” user in the Procore User Directory. 

      Any previous permission templates will still exists, however they will need to be reapplied for 1Breadcrumb to have the correct access. If it's not reapplied, projects will no longer sync between Procore and 1Breadcrumb.

      Steps for Installing the updated 1Breadcrumb Integration


      1. As a full Procore admin, select Select an App > App Management.

      2. Where you can see the 1Breadcrumb app and "Update Available" select View


      3. In the Top Right Select Update Available



      4. It confirms that after this update things such as Project Permissions and Permitted Projects will need to be re-set. Select Update.

       

      5. A confirmation page will appear of the permission changes required for the new Integration App. Most importantly the Admin Tool with Admin Permissions at Company Level. Select Update.



      6. After this is done you will see there are no Permitted Projects for the Version 2.2.0 of the Integration App. To re-set these permissions go to Company Tools > Directory > Search the DMSA User “1breadcrumb-dmsa-786bba23” and select Edit.



      7. Scroll down to the very bottom, and assuming you had already been using a permission template (which you should have from initial installation) simply select the Add All button.

      This will then re-apply the same permission template that was being used before to all existing projects, and the 1Breadcrumb integration will have the correct access to those individual projects.
