Guide to what each permission option grants to a user
When setting up role based or individual user permissions, there are a range of options you can select from. This article is a guide to what each of these options mean and the access they grant to a host. These permissions also grant different levels of access to a host based on whether they have been assigned to a company host vs a site host.

Requirements
Permissions: Only Company Hosts can view and assign permissions to other users
List of Permissions
1. Send Site Alert
Enables a host to send SMS site alerts to everyone on site.
2. Host CheckIn
Enables a host to check in workers on their device/admin portal.
3. Host CheckOut
Enables a host the ability to view live attendance on site and check workers out.
4. Modify Site
Prerequisite to be able to edit site settings. Enables “Sites” button on the admin portal.
Note: Only company hosts are able to add site specific inductions to a site.
5. Manage Site Question
Enables a host to edit check-in and check-out questions under site settings.
Note: This does not refer to induction questionnaires.
6. Manage Site Announcement
Enables a host to attach announcements to a site. Hosts can upload announcements to the company's document repository if they are a company host.
7. View Reports and User Directory
Enables a host to to view reports and the user directory.
8. View Attendance Answers
Enables a host the ability to view worker information on the live attendance list if the host has access to the attendance button.
9. Adjust Site Location
Enables a host the ability to change site location via the mobile app.
Note: This is separate from being able to change site location via the web admin portal.
10. View Kiosk Mode
Enables a host the permission to set up kiosk mode.
11. Host Push Notification
Enables a host to send push notifications.
12. Approve Or Reject Approval
Enables a host to approve/reject induction and permits.
Note: Ability to approve/reject supplier documents (SWMS, SDS, Insurances) is dependent on the role a host has been assigned and is separate from this permission setting.

13. Supplier Management
Enables a host the ability to view the company level supplier list.
Note: Only company level hosts with this permission setting ticked will be able to edit supplier details.
14. View Sensitive Answers
Enables a host to view answers to sensitive questions.
15. Edit User Directory
Enables a host to edit a user’s information on the user directory.
16. Asset Tracker Admin
Enables a host to access and manage company owned plants and equipment.
