November 2025 - Release Notes

All new improvements and bug fixes being released in November, 2025.

New Features & Improvements 🆕

All permit forms (open, on-hold, closed) are now included in a single PDF report

All stage forms completed during a Permit’s lifecycle will now be included in the final PDF, which is exported to Procore. Previously, these forms would show in separate PDFs, but within the same folder. Now, all forms will be set in the order they were completed, and attachments will appear as their own page at the end of the particular form it was uploaded on.

Note: This will only affect permit reports moving forward, it won't affect historical permits.

Save your signature for signing onto future documents

When a user fills in their signature once during check-in, such as a SWMS/RAMS or a signature question, it will auto-fill the signature pad with the same image, but still require a manual confirmation for all others.

Updated UI on site briefings tool

The title of buttons have been slightly updated to make it clearer to hosts when submitting a site briefing. It will clearly state whether you want to submit the site briefing to go out immediately, or save as a draft and schedule it for later.

Updated UI to "view induction" rather than "request revision" for approved documents

Any Induction in the reports that is not pending will display the action button as “View Induction”, to not mislead users that the only option is to “Request Revision”. If it is pending the action button remains “Review”.

Bug Fixes 🐞

2.3 Procore integration syncing regardless of permitted projects

Procore integration was ignored if projects were in the “Permitted Projects” section. Now fixed and should only be syncing if a project has been set there.

Supplier two-way sync is causing duplicate suppliers/companies

The two-way sync setting in Integration settings that could create suppliers in Procore from 1Breadcrumb was incorrectly creating a duplicate supplier. This function has been temporarily disabled until a permanent fix has been deployed.
