Overview
As a foreman, you can check yourself and your crew in at once. When you scan the site QR code, you’ll see an Add Crew button. This lets you select workers from your supplier who have previously checked in on this site.
Steps

Scan the site QR code with your mobile device.
- If you are an allocated foreman for your supplier, you’ll see an Add Crew button on the check-in screen.

Tap Add Crew.
- A list of workers who have previously checked in on this site under your supplier will appear.
- Search by name or scroll to find the right workers.

Select the workers you want to check in with you.
- Selected workers will appear in the Assigned Worker(s) list.

Tap Check In (or proceed with your own check-in flow).
- You will be checked in.
- All selected workers will also be checked in automatically under the same supplier.
Notes & Rules
- Scope: You can only add crew members from your own supplier who have previously checked in on this site.
- Audit trail: The system logs that the check-in was performed by a foreman, so site hosts and admins can see who checked in which workers.
- Check-out: Workers checked in by a foreman can still check out themselves, or the foreman can check them out.
Troubleshooting
- “Add Crew” button not showing
- You must be assigned as a foreman for your supplier on this site. Ask your Site Host to confirm.
- Worker not appearing in the list
- They must have checked in at least once before under your supplier on this site.
- Ensure their mobile number is correctly linked to their profile.
