Managing Your Companies Register
Overview
The Companies register serves as a centralized directory of all subcontractors and their assigned job sites. This tool helps administrators and safety experts maintain oversight of contractor activities across multiple locations.
Requirements
Permissions: Company Hosts with permissions. If you do not have these permissions, please reach out to your 1Breadcrumb administrator.
Note: These companies are created in Procore and will automatically sync from Procore Company Directory. There is currently no ability to Manually create a Company directly in 1breadcrumb
What You'll See
The Companies register displays:
- Company Name: The subcontractor's business name
- Company Contact: Primary contact person (when available)
- Sites: Number of job sites or specific site locations assigned
- Status: Current activity status (Active/Inactive)
- Procore Integration: Direct link to view company details in Procore
Company Status Indicators
- Active: Company is currently working on assigned sites
- Green "Active" Badge: Indicates the company has current, valid access to their assigned locations
Key Features
Search and Filter Options
- Search Bar: Quickly locate specific companies by name
- Site Filter: Filter companies by specific job sites
- Status Filter: View only active or inactive companies
Integration Features
- Procore Connection: Click "View" to access detailed company information in your Procore account
- Contact Management: View assigned company contacts where available
Using Procore Integration
- Click "View" to access comprehensive company profiles in Procore
- Use Procore integration for detailed company information, insurance verification, and bidding information
Troubleshooting
Common Issues
- Company has not synced from Procore to 1breadcrumb: if you have created a company in Procore and it has not synced to 1breadcrumb, view this article to troubleshoot
Sync Subcontractors to 1Breadcrumb
- Missing Contact Information: If a company shows "---" in the contact field, update this information via the primary contact field in the Procore company profile
