Overview
The Cards register provides a centralized system for managing all worker certifications, licenses, and training cards across your projects. This tool ensures compliance by tracking certification status, expiry dates, and submission details for all site personnel.
Requirements 🔑
Permissions: Company or Site Host Permissions required. If you do not have access, please contact your 1Breadcrumb administrator.
Find the Card Report
- Start by clicking on Registers from the left-hand menu
- From the dropdown, select Cards
Cards Register Overview
What the Cards Register Shows
The Cards register displays a comprehensive list of all submitted worker certifications, including:
- Card Type: The specific certification or license type (e.g., OSHA 30, Driver License, Learner Permit)
- Site: Job site location where the card applies
- Submitted By: Person who uploaded or submitted the certification
- Company: The contractor company associated with the certification
- Status: Current validity status (Valid, Expired, Pending)
- Expiry Date: When the certification expires
Understanding Status Indicators
- Valid (Green): Certification is current and accepted
- Expired (Red): Certification has passed its expiry date
- Expired Soon (yellow): Certification has a expiry date within the next 30 days
Search and Filter Capabilities
Available Filters
- Search Bar: Find specific cards by worker name or card details
- Card Type: Filter by specific certification types
- Site: View cards for specific job locations
- Submitted By: See cards submitted by particular individuals
- Company: Filter by contractor company
- Expiring Soon: Identify cards nearing expiration
- Expired: View all expired certifications
- Expiry Date: Filter by expiration date ranges
Advanced Filtering
- Combination Filters: Use multiple filters simultaneously for precise results
- Date Range Selection: Focus on specific time periods
- Status-Based Filtering: Quickly identify compliance issues

Accessing Individual Card Records
- Click on any card entry in the register to open the detailed card view
- The detail view provides comprehensive information about the specific certification

- High-Resolution Card Image: Full view of the actual certification document
- Zoom Functionality: Examine card details closely
