How To Edit A User's Completed Induction Form (Hosts)

This guide takes you through how to edit a user's induction form.

There can be times where an approved induction form requires a minor update or edit e.g; upload the correct license without having to go through a full revision. Making it easy to keep accurate records and maintain compliance. This guide will show you how it can be done as a Company or Site Host from the web portal and phone app.

Requirements 🔑

Permissions: Company Host or Site Host access required. If you do not have access, please contact your 1Breadcrumb Administrator.



Web Portal Instructions 💻

Step 1: 

  • Navigate to the Induction Reports or User Directory or Approvals and find the form you want to edit

Step 2:

  • Click View More in the top right corner of the form, then select Host Revision

Step 3:

  • Make the changes or upload the licenses as required

Step 4:

  • Review your changes and make a note of the changes in the comment box for future reference
  • Click the green Revise Induction button to save the changes


 

Mobile App Steps 📱

Step 1:

  • Navigate to the User Directory or Approvals and find the induction form you want to edit
  • Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner 
  • Select Host Revision

Step 2:

  • Make the changes or upload licenses as required

Step 3:

  • When you are finished, click the yellow Save & Approve button at the bottom of the form

 



Important Notes

1. All Host Induction Edits will be automatically approved. They do not need to go through a review cycle

2. Changes must be saved
