Features and Improvements 🔨
- App Improvements - Improving clarity of Forms to submit or view on site
On the home screen when checked in the My Forms icon is removed. Now Forms, Permits and Inductions are displayed focusing on only material submitted on that site.
Forms - allows users to see all their submitted Generic forms, submit a new one and a new search function to filter desired forms. Because of the new search bar "Form Groups" will no longer affect how only Generic Forms are displayed to users.
Permits - allow users to see all their permits with the review state and update the stage of the Permit (Open, On Hold)
Inductions - allow users to see all their inductions with the review state. - Automatically Enable 1BC Webhooks configurations for All Customers
Webhooks toggle is no longer displayed, and will always be turned on by default. Should never be needed but can be requested to be disabled if required. - Site Briefing PDF - Add a column for Supplier on the Signature Table
In the PDF generated for Site Briefings a column for Supplier is now displayed next to users - Move Site Briefing validity period viewing in app
In the App the “Valid Until” has been moved to the top of the Site Briefing instead of the end when viewing Details in View Signatures > Form - Adjusting date format to USA Format for North America Region - Server/Portal
Date format in the Web portal will take into consideration the “TimeZone” in company setting and “Set Timezone” in site settings to display the correct format.

Date format in App will take into consideration the user’s phone overall region settings.
- Evacuations - New Buttons not fitting the screen correctly
During Evacuation the 3 icons for People/Site Alerts/Notes now sit to the side and fits the screen. - Loading state for initial App loading after scanning QR Code
For better clarity to users instead of displaying a blank screen after scanning in a new site’s QR the 3 bouncy balls loading is displayed to show its loading correctly. - Deep linking to Settings App to turn on location permissions
When selecting “Check In” without Location Permissions prompt opens informing the user, the next screen has an option for them to ignore or enable. If enabled allows the user to do it while on that screen in the app immediately, without having to go separately to app settings.
- Rename the Permissions screens button to be 'Continue'
When enabling new permissions the screen now appears with “Continue” to make the option clearer.
- Remove evacuation drills from report - Archive on app
Arching Evacuations action exists on app (not web portal yet). When Evacuation is archived it will not display on the Web Portal in Reports > Evacuations. - Archived Supplier Documents such as SDS are unable to be viewed within the app
Now have the ability to archive Supplier Documents on the app for hosts. Can toggle between viewing Archived and Unarchived.
Bug Fixes 🐞
- User Directory - Unable to search full name
When using the User Directory default search bar it did not correctly take into account when searching for first and last names together, now fixed. - Short Term Assets don't show Main Image
In the Web Portal Sites > Site Assets there is a new Table Column Setting “Main Image” that will now display the image uploaded with the Asset. For now needs to be enabled in the settings cog if desired to be displayed. - User Directory Hyperlink not allowing the download PDF for Inductions - Portal
Using the shortcut to User Directory the drop down for Inductions/Supplier Docs/Cards History all now works as expected. - Site Briefing Signature List - App/Portal Inconsistent
Viewing the signature list of a Site Briefing in App was limited to 20 beforehand. Now loads more as you scroll and displays all. - Web portal - Induction - Licence expiries not updating correctly when user is being host-checked in on web portal
Now in Web Portal when uploading a licence during Host Check it displays the correct expiry date, not the date of submission. - Light Mode Hides Access Control Names
Fixed - Access Control Name can be viewed on light mode (All 3 themes were confirmed) - Remove the duplicate Check In button
In rare circumstances during the Induction process 2 Check In buttons would accidentally display, fixed and no longer occurs. - Form Report - Asset Registration Forms - Not displaying Supplier submitted from Quick Onboarding link and sometimes displaying wrong Supplier if completed by Host in Web Portal
Now shows the correct supplier in the Supplier column. Is not blank or displaying incorrect suppliers.
