Manage Off-Site Induction Settings

By enabling the ability for your Induction materials to be to be completed off-site, your workers will be able to breeze through your induction material from anywhere, even their own home, making life easier for everyone when they step foot on-site.

By enabling Off-Site Inductions on your site, each time you send a Supplier an Onboarding Invitation, they will receive two unique hyperlinks:

First Link: This link will take your Supplier to a user-friendly portal. There, they can smoothly upload their safety documents, open the necessary Permits to Work your business needs, or tackle the essential paperwork for any Plant/Equipment they're bringing to your site.
Second Link: This link allows Suppliers to share the link with their crew. This allows the Suppliers team to complete all the induction materials associated to your site even before they arrive.

For the ultimate control on whether Suppliers can prep up their team in advance, or not, just follow this guide.

Navigate to the 'Sites' tool located on the left-hand toolbar of your 1Breadcrumb portal.
Look for the specific project where you want to share the Off-Site Induction Link with a Supplier. You can do this by scrolling through the list of sites or by using the search bar.
Once you've identified the site, click on the orange "Manage Site" button.
In the new window that appears, scroll down and click on to open the "Offsite" settings tab.
Within the "Operations" section, turn the "Enable Offsite Inductions" toggle ON/OFF as applicable.
After making all the necessary changes, click the green ‘Submit Changes’ button in the top right-hand corner of this settings page.

Only Company Hosts and Site Hosts can manage their own site settings. If you do not have Company or Site Hosts permissions, please reach out to the Company or Site Hosts from your organisation.
This function cannot be performed via the Mobile App. Please log into 1Breadcrumb via your computer or laptop.
