Updates, improvements and bug fixes
Summary
We've been working through updating our workflow engine in order for us to improve our supplier document collection. If you'd like to be involved in the initial beta release, please reach out to your CSM and let them know!
Updates
- We now have the option to set videos to 'Mandatory Play Through' where workers using the app will not be able to skip through the video and will need to let it play through to the end to enable check in. This option is also available for PDFs.
- This only applies to uploaded videos, not links to YouTube.
- This setting is applied when you add it into the induction via 'Add Announcement(s)'
- Modification to 1Breadcrumb verification text - We've removed the explanation within SMS notifications for 1Breadcrumb verifications. They are now more concise, only displaying the pin number.
- New Dashboard Widgets - A few new dashboard tiles on the Portal have been added including supplier documents awaiting approval and total number of open permits.
- We now have a QR Code deep link where the link will automatically open the app if you scan the QR code whilst you have the app installed.
Minor Enhancements, Unexpected Behaviour and Bug Fixes
- Improved search for the Asset Tracker on the mobile app to ensure it can find assets even when the name of the asset is in a different order from the search wording. Example: 'trolley blue' vs 'blue trolley'.
- Added support for newer Australian phone numbers.
- Fixed an issue where iPhones would crash upon QR code web app check in.
- Fixed an issue where Site Hosts were unable to filter by supplier when searching user induction/activity records.
- Fixed an issue where once all widgets had been removed, they were unable to be re-added onto the dashboard.
- Fixed an issue in asset tracking where users were unable to assign existing tools to new locations.
- Fixed an issue where Site Hosts were unable to view SWMS documents via the app.
- Fixed an issue where Site Hosts were unable to reset inductions to pending via the app.
