Requirements
Permissions: Company/Site Hosts permissions. If you do not have these permissions, please reach out to your 1Breadcrumb administrator.
Web Portal Instructions 💻
Step 1:
- Navigate to Reports on the left hand side menu
- Click on Form Report from the drop down
- Find your Employee by Filtering or Searching
- Once you find your employee, click on View Details beside the name of the user
- The Form Detail will show and you can view if there are any attached documents by the user on the form.
Step 2:
- You can press the PDF button to download a PDF summary or Export as a CSV
Mobile App Instructions📱
This function is not accessible on the mobile app. Please log in to your 1Breadcrumb web portal to view the form report.
