Add or Remove a Form to/from a Specific Site

This allows you to add the Forms to specific Sites.

Make sure the Form is already created for you to be able to add a Form to a Site. If you don't have your Forms yet, please see the article "How to create a Form?". Please make sure that the Scope of your form is Site Specific.

Step 1:

Go to Sites

Step 2:

Click on the  button beside the site you want to add the form.

Step 3:

You will be taken to the Site Settings list. Scroll down until you see the different types of Forms: Generic Forms, Permits and Asset Registration Forms.

Step 4:

Click on the type of form.

For Generic Forms > click , for Permits > click , for Asset Registration Forms > click .

Step 5: 

Click on the beside the name of the Form.

To remove the form, click .

Once you're done adding the Forms, click .
