How Does the Documents Integration Work?

A guide to understanding how 1Breadcrumb integrates with the Procore Documents tool and what reports are sent.

The 1Breadcrumb and Procore Documents integration allows you to send all Induction, Site Briefing, Supplier Document, Permit and Site Asset reports collected in 1Breadcrumb to the Procore's Documents tool overnight. This guide will help you understand which reports are being sent from 1Breadcrumb.

Requirements 🔑

Permissions: Company Host with "Has All Permissions" required to view the Integration settings. If you do not have permission, please get in touch with your 1Breadcrumb administrator.


1Breadcrumb Settings

Step 1: View your Integration Settings

  • Click on your Name on the top right of the Web Portal
  • From the dropdown, select Integrations
  • Under the Procore Integration tab, scroll down to Export Documents
  • From here, you can view which reports you are sending to Procore

Step 2: Understand your Integration Settings

  • Export Folder Template: 
    • Grouped by Supplier: 1Breadcrumb documents in Procore will display a list of Suppliers, followed by Features (Inductions, Supplier Docs, Permits, etc.).
    • Grouped by Feature: 1Breadcrumb documents in Procore will display a list of Features (Inductions, Supplier Docs, Permits, etc.) followed by Suppliers.
  • Create New Procore Folder As:
    • Public: All Users in Procore with Permissions to access the Documents tool for that Project will have access to the 1Breadcrumb folder.
    • Private: Only Users in Procore with Permissions to access Private Documents will have access to the 1Breadcrumb folder.
      • 💡If you commonly provide external users (like subcontractors) access to your Procore documents, we recommend using Private folders.
  • Export User Inductions: If active, all Inductions will be sent to Procore Documents.
  • Export Site Briefings: If active, all Site Briefings (Toolbox Talks, Daily Pre-Starts, etc) will be sent to Procore Documents.
  • Export Supplier Documents: If active, all Supplier Documents (SWMS/RAMS/SPPPs, Safety Data Sheets, Insurances, Other) will be sent to Procore Documents.
  • Export Permits: If active, all Permits will be sent to Procore Documents.
  • Export Site Assets: If active, all Site Assets will be sent to Procore Documents.
