You can view SWMS uploaded by any of your subcontractors either on the Mobile app (Host menu) or through the Web portal.
Mobile App - Check your subbie's SWMS in the Host Panel under 'Suppliers'.
You will need to ensure that you have Site Host permissions and have either checked into the site or use Change Site to select the site you want to check in the dropdown.
Step 1 - Host Panel
In the Host Panel, click on the Suppliers button.
Step 2 - Select Subcontractor
Select the subcontractor from the list view to view their submitted documents (SWMS, SLAMS, RAMs, etc..)
Web portal - How do I see who has signed off on a SWMS/Supplier Document?
Step 1 - Go to Report, then click SWMS Report
You can see a list of who has signed off on an approved SWMS in the Web portal. Use the filter button 
next to the column header to filter for approved SWMS or the search bar to search for the subcontractor you're looking for.
Click 
to see a copy of the SWMS register against the supplier/subcontractor name.
Step 2 - Document History
You can also view and track the SWMS version/ history by clicking the settings icon on the top right-hand corner.
Tick off 'Document History' and click Save Changes.
