How do I delete my data from 1Breadcrumb?

If you'd like to delete your 1Breadcrumb account data, do so in a few easy steps.

Please note: Whilst we are able to delete all personal information linked to your account, a copy of your data may be held by businesses that previously requested them (for example, the building company that runs the site) to collect data for safety audits.

Companies that have this data for auditing are typically required to hold onto the data for a certain length of time and 'own' the information. You will need to contact that company directly if you would like them to delete any information/data previously submitted to them via our platform.

How to delete your personal account information by deleting your account

After you log into your 1Breadcrumb account, access the hamburger menu in the top left and scroll all the way down.

Select Account, then Delete Account.

After that you will receive a series of prompts to verify that you are the account owner and that you are sure you want to delete the account. Follow the prompts to delete your account. Please note that after you complete these steps, the data will be deleted and we will not be able to recover it if you have deleted it in error.
