      February 2025 - Release Notes

      All new Improvements and Bug Fixes released in February 2025.

      Features and Improvements 🔨

      • Option to push Full Name into Procore Site Diary Comments instead of Phone number
        Now have option in Integration settings to set the Procore Site Diary Comments to Phone Number / Phone Number and Full name / Full name
      • Give Site Host ability to remove supplier from own site
        Site host has the ability to manually add and remove a supplier if the  “Supplier management” or “Site Host” in a role template Permission tick box is ticked.
      • Ability to edit Document Kinds in Company Settings - Give SWMS an Expiry
        With a request to Dev team all documents in SWMS or another Workflow can be transferred to a new one without any interruption to reports, sign offs or approval status. E.g. ability to have future SWMS use expiry.
      • Approvals to have "Save As Scheduled Report"
        Can now create Scheduled Reports in the Approvals. The default Date period associated with the Approvals Report is the “Date Submitted” field. When doing a report of last month's “Pending” items it will only display items that were submitted during that month that are Pending, not all items Pending at that time.
      • Supplier Document Report - Filter out old versions of documents, only showing the latest ones
        If the “Only Show Latest Version” toggle is used (on by default), multiple versions of a document will be collapsed into one entry, with history available on the right.
      • Biostar Integration - User Expiry Date
        Updated expiry dates of users from 1 - 30 years.
      • Update Biostar Processing
        Biostar integration now processes each company simultaneously improving efficiency.
      • Reduce size of box around check-in time to bring other action boxes for SDS, SWMS, forms etc above the fold
        After checking into a site with no Announcements the empty space not being used on the profile screen has been reduced.
      • SWMS signoff on check-in
        SWMS has the same colour scheme as Site Briefings with White to view and Yellow updating to Orange when signing.
      • Adjusting date picker to USA Format for North America Region-Mobile
        Changing phone region settings to USA displays the correct order of month-day-year.
      • Evacuation Report - PDF Export
        Evacuations will now produce a PDF available for download in the Evacuations Report.

      Bug Fixes 🐞

      • Web portal - Report - Site hosts lost ability to access card reports
        Viewing data in the Card Report was restricted to Company Hosts briefly. Was fixed and Site Hosts can see correct results in the Card Report. 
      • Induction Report (And User Directory) - Inductions search field not working
        Briefly the default search bar didn’t provide any results in the Induction Report, was fixed
      • Card report down across all customers
        Card report data briefly stopped for customers, due to the load of information. This was fixed and by default the Card Report filter is always set to 1 year so less data is loaded initially, but can be manually changed if needed.
      • Induction Report - Status column not populated
        Approval Status column on this report was briefly empty, was fixed
      • Generic Forms Display On App - Grey Block
        The App view for Generic Form Report displayed a grey block after entries, and was removed and fixed.
      • Kiosk Mode - Notifications for host shows up during Kiosk Mode
        Pop up notifications disabled while kiosk mode is activated
      • PDF Reports 'Approved by:' section reading as 'Deleted Deleted'
        Previously some Hosts that deleted their profile would leave the record “Deleted Deleted” for their name, now with the User Directory it pulls that name correctly even after it has been deleted. Also if the name is manually edited in that Company’s User Directory it will reflect that change on documents if needed.
      • Competencies submitted via Host Check In show the submission date as the date of expiry when reviewing Induction
        During a Host Check In if a Host uploads a licence it will display the correct date chosen, not the day the induction was submitted.
      • Multiple files uploaded for Profile Picture Question
        All existing users that have uploaded multiple profile photos now only the first uploaded image is saved and displayed in user directories.
      • Supplier Docs - System notifying Users they have Approved SWMS when they have not
        In email notification displays the name of the User that approved the SWMS. Not the one who uploaded the document initially or who the email notification is being sent to.
      • Hashtags appearing before questions on App view Site Briefings/Inductions
        No longer displays the “Q: “ “A:” or # when Headings sizes are used when viewing submitted questions on the app.
      • Procore Integration 2.2.0 - Import Project Directory Import Webhooks not working for some customers
        Sync delays for some items initially existed, was fixed.
