      December 2024 - Release Notes

      All new Improvements and Bug Fixes coming to the 1Breadcrumb platform in December 2024.

      Improvements 🔨

      • Business Name and Visitor Information Settings
        "        Business name" instead of "Supplier" is an old and highly discouraged way to collect information from users/workers. To remove confusion, all Manage Site > Visitor Information settings have been deprecated except Supplier.
      • Site Hosts have the ability to see Company Inductions submitted on other sites in the User Directory
        Improvement related to User Directory release.
      • Procore Integration Company/Supplier listed with ABN with spaces
        The core issue was a supplier not coming across through Procore integration if a space is used for the ABN, this has now been fixed. No longer matters if any spaces are used.
      • UI Login Page Consistency Web Portal & Mobile
        The UI for login is changing so it’s separating the process of choosing a region and a phone number country prefix clearer and making it simpler with a flag next to all country choices.
      • Sunset - Opt In Question Mode
        Removed setting for “Opt In” that appeared at the end of a check in.
      • Permit notifications to match induction notifications in the app for shortcut to review process
        A Host selecting the Notification of a permit being submitted immediately takes them to the approval action of that Permit in App/Web portal.
      • Flutter code push (i.e. directly sending urgent bugfixes to devices)
        This will make it easier for the development team to push certain bug fixes without having to wait for approvals from IOS/Google play stores.
      • Question Filter - To have the option of "Is All Of" or "Is Any Of"
        New filter setting that is used on Activity Report, Form Report, Induction Report. This will allow you to do a report on multiple questions at the same time with the ability to display only those that meet all the Question-Answers you’ve set, or that meet individually any of them. E.g. You can do a SWMS review report and see how many review forms were submitted with “No” to any of the questions if you list all of the Questions with answer on “No” using the “Is Any Of” setting.
      • Portal - Permit Report - Typo in toggle
        Typo fixed “Premit” to “Permit” on reporting page.
      • Update Text Verification and Account creation Region/IP address restrictions for Samoa, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea, Kiribati - Make texts easier to receive in these regions
        These regions have been grouped as one for text verifications, and can also be requested from AUS so it is easier to troubleshoot and support them.

      Bug Fixes 🐞

      • Unable to review SDS documents from the project level.
        Related to a few scenarios of Supplier Document Workflows not having review options on the Sites>Supplier level for Hosts, all fixed.
      • Workers being notified of expiry for CSEP 10830NAT card that doesn't have an expiry date.
        Is fixed.
      • Offsite Induction link missing from the default offsite email template.
        UK only affected, Offsite Induction link now appears as expected.
      • Permits - Remove double '::' on PDF.
        : symbol was repeated on the PDF, now fixed.
      • Live Attendance filter updates.
        Removed the refresh button on this screen as wasn’t needed. When filtering by supplier it will show any users checked in with “No Supplier” first then all others grouped by Supplier after.
