      Deactivate Automated Attendance for a Particular Site

      This guide will show you how to Deactivate your ability to use the Automated Attendance feature on a particular Site, while still being able to use it on other Sites.

      If you're a Site Manager or Subcontractor wanting to deactivate Automated Attendance on a particular Site, but don't want to turn off Automated Attendance entirely, the below steps will show you how to do that.

      Requirements

      You must set the Allow Location Access settings on your mobile device to "Always" to be able to use Automated Attendance.

      Mobile App Instructions

      • Click on the Hamburger Icon on the top left corner of the screen
      • Select the Attendance menu, and then select Geofencing service
      • Select a Site you want to edit the Automated Attendance Settings for
      • From here, you can turn off:
        • Check-In (Auto): This will disable the ability to Auto Check-In on this Site
        • Check-In (Notify): This will disable the check-in reminder notification
        • Check-Out (Auto): This will disable the ability to Auto Check-Out on this Site
        • Check-Out (Notify): This will disable the check-Out reminder notification

      Deactivate AA for a Site

      You will now have different Automated Attendance settings for this Site.
