Group Supplier Documents

A guide for how to group supplier documents into one during upload to 1Breadcrumb

This feature allows subcontractors to upload multiple pdf documents as one file to 1Breadcrumb. If grouped, only one review checklist will be completed (if relevant) and operatives will only have to provide one signature.

Requirements

Permissions: This grouping function can be used by supplier company contacts when uploading documents, or by site hosts and company hosts if uploading supplier documents to one of their sites.


Web Portal Instructions

Step 1

On the upload page, upload your various documents as normal in pdf format, using the ‘Select Files’ button.

Step 2

Once uploaded, check the tick box titled ‘Upload File For’. Tick this for each of the multiple documents that you wish to group together. Then, click the ‘Group’ button.

💡If you need to ungroup the documents for any reason, tick ‘Upload File For’ again, and select the ‘Ungroup’ button.

Step 3

Once the documents are grouped, click submit.

This should be only completed on the 1Breadcrumb portal.
