      Edit Your Induction or Share a New Card with a Builder

      A guide on how to Edit your Induction, and Re-Upload or Share a New Card with your Builder.

      There are times when you may have uploaded information incorrectly, or are required to upload a new card by the Builder (e.g. a Licence has Expired). In 1Breadcrumb, the only way to share this new information with the Builder is by editing the Induction you previously completed for working on Site.

      Important: Editing a Card in the My Wallet tool of the app will not automatically update the Builders records of your new card, you must submit a revised induction.

      Requirements

      Request Revision: To amend your original Induction, the Builder must either Reject your initial induction, or make a "Request Revision". Learn more here.

      Mobile App Instructions

      Step 1: Check-In to Site

      • Scan the 1Breadcrumb QR Code available to you on-site
      • If you have the 1Breadcrumb App downloaded, you can also use Location Services
      • If your induction has been Rejected or a Request for Revision has been made by the Builder, your original Induction will appear with a message from the Reviewer

      Step 2: Edit Your Induction or Share a New Card

      • Now, you can edit any information previously uploaded in the original Induction
      • To edit a previously uploaded Card, find the question in the Induction where the card was originally uploaded, click on the dropdown arrow and "Add New Document"
      • From here, you can select "Upload File" to select a photo from your Camera Roll or take a new photo if you have the Card in your possession
      • You can also click on "Select from My Documents" to auto-upload the latest version of that Card that is currently stored in your My Wallet section of the App
      • Once complete, click "Check In" to finish editing your Induction

      You have now successfully edited your Induction and any new information or Cards you have uploaded will be sent to the Builder for Review, and upon acceptance will update their records.
