Change Supplier Document Type

If a Supplier uploads their Safety Documents during onboarding (SWMS, RAMS, SSSP, SDS or Insurances) as the wrong type, you can change it to the correct one with the guide below.

Requirements

Permissions: Company/Site Hosts with permissions. If you do not have these permissions, please reach out to your 1Breadcrumb administrator.


Web Portal Instructions 💻

Step 1: Access the Supplier Onboarding Screen

  • Click on the Sites menu from the left-hand toolbar
  • Search for the Site you are managing this Supplier on
  • Once found, click on the red Suppliers button
  • Search for the Supplier you want to manage
  • Once found, click the orange View button in the Documents box

Step 2: Change the Supplier Document Type

  • Click on the More Actions next to the document
  • Choose Change Document Kind
  • Choose the correct Type, confirming when done with Update

  • A new version of the document will now be ready for you to review through the new workflow in the Approvals menu
