This is a guide for Site Teams wanting to call Workers directly through the Attendance module on the Mobile App.
Need to call a worker on-site but don't have their contact number saved? Through the 1Breadcrumb app, you can call workers who are currently checked in on-site or have previously been to site. The below instructions will show you how.

Permissions: Company/Site Host Access is required, if you do not have access, please contact your 1Breadcrumb Administrator.
Mobile App Instructions 📱
Option 1: Call via Live Attendance
- In the Mobile App, click on the Host panel on the bottom right of the screen
- Next, click on Change Site on the top right of the screen to filter for your site
- Select the Attendance tile to view a list of all workers currently checked in
- Find the worker you'd like to call, and click their Mobile Number highlighted in green
- Confirm on your device that you would like to complete the call

Option 2: Call via User Directory
- In the Mobile App, click on the Host panel on the bottom right of the screen
- Next, click on Change Site on the top right of the screen to filter for your site
- Select the User Directory tile to view a list of all previous site workers
- Find the worker you'd like to call, and click on their name to view their profile
- Click the Mobile Number highlighted in green at the top of the screen
- Confirm on your device that you would like to complete the call
