August 2025 - Release Notes
All new improvements and bug fixes being released in August, 2025.
New Features 🆕
Ability to Revise a Workers Induction
Hosts can now make changes and resubmit a a worker’s induction. A changelog will show version history history will be recorded for anything a Host does. Available in Web Portal/App and also clearly displayed in the induction’s next version PDF copy at the bottom.
Ability for Workers to Revise their own Induction
Individual workers can now submit a new version of their own inductions while checked in to that site. This allows them to make any changes, like updating licences independently, without needing a Site Manager/Host to prompt and start the process. Also has a changelog between versions.
Updates to Procore Hyperlinks
In the 1Breadcrumb Web Portal, hyperlinks are now available that will take you directly to that location if you have the correct access in your Procore account. Be aware things like documents only sync once per day, so a hyperlink will only be available from 1BC after that item has synced with Procore. Hyperlinks will exist for the following: Sites, Supplier Docs, Permits, Generic Forms and Inductions.
Automatically Remove Site Hosts when a Project Role is removed in Procore
If a Site Host synced into 1BC from Procore with a role, they will now be removed as a Host for that site in 1BC if they are removed in Procore. This makes it easier to manage when teams move between sites or leave your company.
Option to push manhours to the Procore Site Diary even after it has been Closed
An option in the Procore Integration settings to enable it to re-open the Site Diary if it has been manually closed and there are still updates to hours on site to be made. The integration will continue to open it, make the changes, then go back to being closed if there is still data to be synced.
General Kiosk Mode Improvements
Kiosk Mode now has a new design, which is easier to navigate. Option to scan user’s personal QR code when checking in and out, also clear which Host entered the device into Kiosk mode when needing to exit.
Improvements to the Expired Supplier Documents Email
In Supplier Document Expiry Report email it now details the name of exact documents that have expired and includes links directly to that supplier’s page, which can be accessed by appropriate Hosts.
Register an Asset on behalf of a Supplier via the Mobile App
Register Assets/Plant on behalf of suppliers only existed on the Webportal, now available on the App for Hosts of a site in the standard Site Assets > Register Asset method.
Company Hosts now have access to the Audit Logs
Company Hosts with Full Access can now access the Audit Logs for their own company. Valuable to track what users changed site settings, sent site alerts, and more.
Inductions tile only displays the latest version on the Mobile App
When workers check their own inductions, if multiple versions have been submitted, it will only display the most recent version. Previous versions can still be accessed by selecting individual inductions and selecting "View History".
Changes to "Last Month", "Last 30 Days", "Last Week" and "Last 7 Days" Filters
Simply renamed these filter options on reports so they reflect what they actually filter.
Lower character limit needed for Host Check In
Lowered character limit from 4 to 3 to account for 3 letter names. This is also reflected in almost all the report default search bars such as Sites, User Directory, Activity Report, Questions, Approvals (Ben/Max/Nic/Tom’s of this world we see you).
Introduced an individual user name column in the Permit Report
You can now natively see individuals that submitted a permit in the Permit Report in the new column.
Changed to the word "Induction" to "Orientation" in Procore Folder Structure (US Localisation)
US localisation changes the integration folder to reflect name in portal/app (Orientations).
Bug Fixes 🐞
Fixed a bug where rejected Inductions weren't showing on Live Attendance
This wasn’t initially a bug but now if the latest version of an induction is Rejected this will display next to a user’s entry in the Activity Log for more clarity.
Fixed a bug where fields on the Dashboard were displaying incorrect information
Supplier Document widget in the Dashboard now displays the different document types and the number for each. Also clearly states in title that the data being displayed relates to the time period set in the dashboard (Week/Month/Year etc).
Fixed a bug where search was not working when using capital letters
When using the Supplier filter in any report it now filters results regardless of if a capital letter is used or not.
Fixed a bug where rejected Permits were not appearing in the Site Suppliers screen
Rejected Permits now display on the site supplier screen, along with Pending and Approved ones as normal.
Fixed a bug where you were unable to search for a users full name in the User Directory
When searching for a user using any more than one name it would not filter correctly, now fixed.
Fixed a bug where users were unable to upload to Video Announcements
Before were unable to select videos when uploading an announcement from the app, now fixed.
