Assign Individual User Permissions

A guide to creating and assigning Individual Permissions settings to your users.

Individual User Permissions help you limit which users have access to which features in 1Breadcrumb by assigning them permissions on a case-by-case basis. This guide will show you how to assign those individual permissions to your users.

Note: It is recommended that you use Role-Based Permissions to standardise access management in 1Breadcrumb. Here is a guide on how to set that up: Click Here

Web Portal Instructions

Step 1: Navigate to the User Permissions Menu

• Click on your name on the top right of the screen
• From the dropdown, select Permissions
• Next, decide if you want to add your User as a Company Host or Site Host
  • For more information, here is a guide explaining the difference between a Company Host and a Site Host: Click Here
• Select Add New User + and add their Mobile Number

Step 2: Assign Individual User Permissions

• Click on Permissions to open up the dropdown menu
• Select the Individual Permissions you want this User to have access to
  • Note: Select All Permissions if you want a User to have access to all features
• Click on Update Permissions to save your changes

You have now successfully assigned a User with Role-Based Permissions.
