Archive Safety Documents on Behalf of a Supplier

A guide to archiving Safety Documents that are no longer required on a Site, on behalf of a Supplier.

If a Supplier Document such as a Work Methodology (SWMS, RAMS, SSSP), Safety Data Sheet (SDS), Insurance, or other is no longer required on a Site, and workers no longer need to sign-off or have access to it, you can archive it. This will save the history of that document, but will no longer make it accessible on-site. This guide will show you how to do that.

Requirements 🔑

Permissions: Company/Site Host with "Supplier Management" Permissions. If you do not have access, please contact your 1Breadcrumb administrator.


Web Portal Instructions 💻

Step 1: Navigate to the Supplier Onboarding Portal

  • Click on the Sites menu from the left-hand toolbar
  • Search for the Site you are currently managing
  • Once found, click on the red Suppliers button
  • Search for the Supplier you want to manage
  • Click on the orange View button next to the Suppliers existing documents
  • This will load the Supplier Onboarding portal

Step 2: Archive the selected Documents

  • Scroll down to find all documents already uploaded by this Supplier
  • Using the checkbox on the left-hand side, select the document(s) you wish to archive
  • Once selected, click on the blue Archive File button at the bottom of the screen
  • In the pop-up window, click the red Archive button to finalise the changes

  • Once archived, this document will now show in the Supplier Document Archive tab

Mobile App Instructions 📱

This feature is not available on the Mobile App.


You can now Archive a Supplier Document on behalf of a Supplier.
